Every pet is cremated individually, ensuring the ashes returned to you are only those of your beloved companion. We treat every pet with dignity, compassion and the utmost respect throughout the entire process.

Do you offer a collection service?

Yes. You can either bring your pet to our crematorium or choose our collection service from your home or veterinary practice.

How soon will my pet’s ashes be returned?

We aim to return your pet’s ashes as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours. If you need them sooner, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to help.
